Good working inositol! I liked this inositol. Although the effects were not immediately apparent, it definitely calmed my nervous system, reduced anxiety, and improved my sleep. Taken with vitamin C, it helps prevent the loss of inositol by nerve cells. While I understand inositol is often prescribed for hormonal balance and diabetes, I noticed it also influences fat metabolism in the liver. My appetite for fatty foods increased, whereas I previously avoided fats—yet my weight remained unchanged. Overall, this inositol works well for me.
